These boxes use the same quality lumber as our premium medium hive boxes, but failed to meet our stringent quality requirements. They may include small, tight knots, dents, or minor tearing that isn't allowed on our other boxes. No defects that compromise the structural integrity or fit of the box are allowed.

Available in Sugar Pine, Douglas Fir, and Western Red Cedar. Our boxes are long lasting, and fit together perfectly with precise comb joints. Add a layer of tung oil to preserve the color and for extra protection against rain.
