The frames that I recently order got to me very fast and it is of great quality but..........
I am still waiting for a reply on the purchase that I was trying to make since Black Friday. I was looking to purchase additional medium and deep frames as well as a medium box. After I questioned the cost for the order as well as the additional cost for shipping, all email stopped from you customer service people.

I received all 30 frames, and they were nicely packed. It is true that the wood for the frame was cut with precision as every piece fit snug.

Each of these frames comes with 2 starter strips, one for the top bar groove and one for the bottom. Out of 60 starter strips in my pack, only 3 were cut too thick and 1 was broken. That would be a 6.7% failure rate in the quality control of the starter strips. Keep in mind that the structure and cuts of the frames themselves were all great.

In addition, I used the nails that came with the packages of frames and followed the instructions on the website. The wood on several frames split. I don't know if it was because the environment where the wood was cut is different than the dry environment of the Mohave Desert where I live. Nevertheless, this wood splitting in all instances was minor and salvageable. I think the glue used will keep it together.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the product. I look forward to using these frames as my adventure into foundationless beekeeping begins.

My husband put them together with his airgun in now time.
